LANDSCAPE DESIGN
3 step process
ON-SITE CONSULTATION
We meet with you and listen to what you want to get out of your landscape.
COMPUTER-GENERATED PLANS
We use computer software to generate easy to read and visualize plans, so you can better understand what your project will look like.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
We maintain communication, to ensure installation is built as envisioned.
Explore a few examples our plans with brief descriptions of their design elements.
Design Services-
Our design services begin with an on-site consultation. At this initial meeting we will evaluate your property's characteristics such as sun exposure and soil type. With your features and functions in mind, we head to the drawing board. Using computer software, your plan will be developed to fit your space and any required state permitting allowances. A preliminary design will be presented and changes and adjustments can be made before the final plan is complete. Once a plan has been finalized, a proposal will be presented with costs for each separate part.
Our Plans-
Our landscape design computer software is accurate and to scale. You will be able to visualize and understand precisely where patios, walkways and walls are. The plan will show plant types and locations. We will provide pictures and examples of products we propose. Through straight-forward communication we will make clear what your design includes and how the final completed installation will look.
Project Management-
We know communication is key to client satisfaction. Throughout the construction process we keep clients updated on progress in real time through photos, phone calls, and in person. The owner/project manager is involved hands-on in the installation of every project. Open communication between the client and project manager creates a successful project and a lasting relationship.
Features-
We thrive when we have ways to express our creativity. A stand-alone design feature can add volumes to your overall picture. Looking for an outdoor kitchen, fire feature, water feature, or other design feature? These are great ways to make an outdoor living space personalized and unique.
